With all due respect to the thick nerd everyone pined for, Topanga Lawrence, ABC’s TGIF sitcom line-up meant “Thank Gonads it’s Friday” once Maitland Ward showed up as the redheaded roommate Rachel on Boy Meets World. Years before things got dirty, this ginger gal landed her first acting role while still in high school, becoming a soap star on The Bold and the Beautiful. After joining Mario Lopez on the TV movie Killing Mr. Griffin (1997) and Tim Allen on an episode of Home Improvement, Maitland landed the role that really made her famous on season six of Boy Meets World. Plenty of boys became men watching her tease both Eric and Jack with her perky pillows that bounced beautifully as she danced around their apartment, but nobody could have guessed how much we’d be jacking it to Maitland’s future ventures. After Shawn Wayans pretended to be her in White Chicks (2004) and she showed up in an episode of Rules of Engagement, Maitland dabbled in sexy cosplay before heading to the world of hardcore pornography.
